To stay or not to stay - the Dilemma

The landlord is giving us 6 more months for rent and Abang Abu doesn't want to renew the contract. The issue right now is that I need the space for training? Well I think I need a space however these training can be done virtually too. So do we need the office? The bad thing about having an office is the COST! Whether you use it or not, you still have to pay. Furthermore we have not yet confirm if we want to run the third batch of VIS. Cos if that would not happen then there will be under utilized space and rent still continues.. A little bit of dilemma at the moment. Hmm..
